My personality can be descirbed as friendly, loving, loyal and honest but it can also be described as shy, serious, insecure but thoughtful and social when in uncomfortable places or different sourounds.

"The women with seven different personalities"
1. Explain what is meant by Dissociative Identity Disorder or Multiple Personality Disorder?
Dissociative identity disorder, also known as multiple personality disorder, is a mental disorder characterized by at least two distinct and relatively enduring identities or dissociated personality states that alternately control a person's behavior, and is accompanied by memory impairment for important information not explained by ordinary forgetfulness.
2. Give a brief paragaph summary of what the video is about (who, what, when, where)
The short documentary "The woman with seven different personalities" is about a lady by the name of Helen who is 35 years old who has an extremely rehear disorder called Dissociative Identity Disorder who lives in London. Helen was not always like the way she is but soon after she had graduated University she started to form these seven different personalities. Helen comes across as any normal 35 year old lady but she can switch to any other these seven personalities without even realising.
3. What personalities could you identify in the video?
William, A six year old boy who loves the Mr. Men.
Adam, A lovable ten year old boy who is not allowed to play outside
Brenda, An outspoken, feisty 13 year old girl
Karl, A sixteen year old boy with an attitude and a temper.

4. What clues were evident as to explain why or how the disorder developed?
There was evidences that the disorder developed from things that had happened to Helen when she was a young child. Helen revealed that she had been extensivelt abused as a child and had created the first personalities to distant herself from the horror of her childhood. Karl and Brenda were created to provide an escape by causing physical pain by self harm to block the emotion out. The younger personalities were also created to escape to show the ages of her childhood.
5. What troubles or problems does Helen have because of multiple personalities?
Helen has problems with keeping friends and family close because of her different personalities that people do not know how to deal with. The troubles that she also has is that her personalities try to self harm her as she has become and alcoholic and has over dosed over 100 times.
6. What kind of impact does having Multiple Personality Disorder have on Helen's life?
The impact that having Multiple Personality Disorder has on Helens life is she lives by herself and not being able to work and live of government payments and needing more than enough medications to help control her personalities. Because Helen can not work she finds it hard to make friends making her social life non existent making her very lonely.
